There are few steps involved if you want to install wordpress.
Wordpress install is the last and easiest step if you have done everything important beforehand.
There are many videos on how to install wordpress and in this mini series I will show you how but first things first.
Before you get to the last step to install wordpress we will begin with the first step of finding the right domain.
How Much Is My Domain Name Worth?
This is the most important question you should ask yourself before investing in the domain. Whether or not you make money from your investment depends on the type of names you register or buy.
Domain name investing can be likened to investing in real estate, virtual real estate (VRE). As the buyer, it is crucial that you know what you are doing and do your own research prior to purchasing a URL. Whether you are buying website addresses to develop a site, monetize, park, or sell for profit, their worth can determine your success.
How to pick the right domain?
Here are some guides to help you with choosing your domain:
[] Use Keywords – nature of your product or service
[] Easy to remember – people will visit your site if they remember
[] Keep the domain name short – the shorter, the better (try max. 10)
[] Use hyphens if needed (-)
[] Make it easy to type – good for branding
[] Think Local – i.e. ChicagoPhotograph.com
[] Domain name extension – try to get “.com” or “.net” or “.org”

Where to estimate my Domains?
Do not waste your money on paid appraisals that are not worth the value of paper on which they are printed. You can value a URL free yourself via the links I’ve listed below.
If you would like to get a second, third, or fourth opinion from another appraiser, it is a good idea. That way, you can get an idea about the range of the name’s value. Create a spreadsheet with the names you own and enter the appraised values given by the different appraisal sites.
For estimation I use estibot.com and domainindex.com and you will have limited number of free quesries per day because they want to sell their paid service.
Other sites that offer similar sevices are: Valuate.com, Godaddy.com, Sedo.com…
